This lady is an amazing realtor, I was not her client but she sold me a beautiful piece of property. She went above and beyond to make sure I got it. I had several delays, but she kept working with her client for me to be able to get the property.

I really cannot say enough about how well Kim handled the sale of my brothers house. My brother passed away and I was placed as executor of his estate. I live about 120 miles away so trying to sell a house from out of town is very challenging. At every turn or issue Kim had an answer and took it upon herself to get things rolling for me from arranging contractors for various project to keeping everyone in the loop on where we were with the sell. This was a big undertaking that she not only had to deal with buyer, buyers agent, estate attorney, contractors and me living 2 hours away. I would without any doubt or reservations recommend Kim, she truly goes above and beyond.Also, forgot to mention as part of the probate process on my brothers estate I had to get a fair market value on the home. This was my first contact with Kim and she took this on without question and had the paperwork emailed to me within 24 hours. There are few words to describe Kim. She was my lifeline. She helped me understand the relocation process. Helped me know what questions to ask. Helped me know when I wasn’t getting the responses I needed/deserved. She fought for me when necessary. I seriously would not have made it so easily without her. Well if you want a super nice and knowledgeable agent to help you sell or a buy property, you are on the right page. Kim stuck with our family from investing time before listing our property for sale and even now I feel that I can call her and she will be their to answer any questions or do whatever she can for us.
